Nifty Weekly View

1.Nifty weekly View for 27th May 2019.

Just for an Update before you read the article I want to tell you that in all my Nifty Article whichever the level I have mentioned has been achieved on said period. You can also catch such level by attending our Technical Analysis workshop. Details are mentioned below.

After a gap up open in previous week where we open at 11651.90 with low of 11591.70 where we also witness afresh all time high of 12041.15 but failed to sustain above that level which could have triggered the next lag of rally in Nifty. On Weekly Chart it has formed a Hammer at top kind of pattern in uptrend which is a sign of bearish signal.

For the next week important level of 12050-12100 which was a  crucial level but if it break and sustain above that than we might witness a move up. But saying that down side if we get close below 11650 which is almost 200 points far from the current weekly close price than we may witness a fresh down move till 11500-11450-11400 in short term.

If we get monthly close below 11200 than Nifty might see the level of 11000-10700 in short term which will good sign as it will make the base for the next leg of rally.

As per the last week close in Nifty has formed the Hammer at top with an increase in volume compared to the previous day as seen in chart-1 below.
